This week we have a very interesting guest, we are talking to Stian Kildal, the CEO of Ammeon.

Cara Macklin is an Entrepreneur, Mentor and Coach with a history of success behind her, she is based in Northern Ireland.
Her tells us about her first business she started while still in school in School.
Moving to England after University, Cara worked with Marks and Spencer developing Italian food products.
On returning to Northern Ireland she then helped to grow the family business up to 750 employees in the Hospitality and Care Sectors.
During this time, she had an idea to transform the Care business with a totally different and award winning approach which she implemented and launched.
Cara’s latest business is using her background to Mentor and Coach Entrepreneurs with her extensive experience
Cara believes that developing the correct culture in the business team is the key to success in starting and maintaining a business.
She explains her methodology how she works with Entrepreneurs and focuses on three areas to help them develop personally and grow their business: They are imagination, inspiration and impact.

Nicholas Henrichsen was born in Germany and lived in India before going to Stanford Business school.
Nicholas got his MBA at Stanford Business School in 2013 and started a company after graduating.
He went through the startup accelerator YCombinator in 2014, raised $10M in Venture capital and sold his business to Carvana.com in 2017.
After staying with Carvana for three years, the Nicholas left Carvana in June to start WithClutch.com, a digital platform to refinance your auto loan. The platform enables Car owners to save thousands of dollars in less than two minutes and from the comfort of their home.
